More account information required

Hi

I'm trying to lift the limits on my account and am unable to do so because i'm unable to "Identify yourself or your business type".

Steps I follow:

1) From the Resolution centre I click the action 'Resolve'

2) I then click "Identify yourself or your business type" and select "Induvidual" before ticking the box and clicking "Yes..."

3) I'm then taken back to the oriignal page and "Identify yourself or your business type" shows as "To-Do"

Do you know the phone number, the number i get (080003587911) is no longer in use.

Log into paypal > when you are on your paypal summary page > scroll down to the contact us option.

They will give you a freephone number from a landline.

Just double checked and called it and got through fine.
