Limited account. How to past confirm identity.

Hi 

I have received notification about limited account. To resolve it I need confirm identify and do something.

But when I try to past Confirm Identity I have error "premier.auto_verification_failed_undefined".

This communicate not so clear for PayPal user to understand what next to do. 

Moreover I tried past this confirm identity in four different browsers: Chrome, Opera, IE, FireFox...and the same error.

Any body can help me?
