Lift account limits taking too long!

Hello, I want to ask how long does it take to lift account limits? I uploaded the files two weeks ago and still nothing. 😞
Also its difficult to use the call service because I'm not from U.K. What should I do??  Help please!!

Try contacting customer services.

 have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

Thank you! I send them a personal message but they take a long time to respond. I guess the only thing i can do now is wait. 🙂

I have contacted them many, many times - if I said 50, it would probably be an understatement. Are you sorted now? If so, how long did it take?
