I HAVE BEEN A MEMBER OF PAYPAL FOR OVER 10 YEARS, AND THIS IS THIS FIRST TIME I HAVE HAD PROBLEMS, THIS WAITING FOR 2 AMOUNTS TO BE PAID INTO YOUR ACCOUNT IS DOWN RIGHT STUPID, AND VERY TIME WASTING, I HAVE HAD TO BUY 3 ITEMS ON OTHER WEB SITE PAYING DIRECT BY CARD.THE ONLY PEOPLE HURT HERE IS THE SELLERS ON EBAY, COSTOMERS ARE GOING ELSE WHERE.COME ON PAYPAL, ITS NOT HARD TO SEE HERE, YOU ARE PUTTING A LOT OF PEOPLES BACKS UP OVER THIS ISSUE.

Hey Oxford,

 

If you have reached your annual sending limit and have not yet veried your account all you need to do is add and confirm your bank. By doing this, your account will become verified and your sending limit will become unlimited.

I have been waiting for over a week now for codes to be sent to my account, how long should I have to wait. I have £1200 I need to withdraw

Thanks for posting on the Community Forum and sorry to hear about the delay with your code showing.

 

Generally the code shows on your bank statement within 2-3 working days, so if you are still unable to find it, you may need to re-request it. Here’s how to confirm your bank account by requesting the code again:

 

  1. Go to www.paypal.com/uk and log in to your account.
  2. Click Profile near the top of the page.
  3. Select My money.
  4. Beside 'Bank accounts' click Update.
  5. Select the desired bank account and click Confirm.
  6. Click Continue, and review and submit the Direct Debit details. (If the bank account is a business account or more than one person is required to authorise debits, you must print and sign a paper Bank Funding Instruction and post it to the address provided.)
