I can't submit my confirmation code

I can't enter my confirmation code to confirm my new card on my account. I have the code from my bank statement, but when I try to add it, I get a no entry ign when I try to click on the box to enter the code. I can't find a way to let the screen allow me to enter it. I'm using Chrome, if that helps explain the problem.

I have the exact same problem. I tried using different browsers (Mozilla & IE) but it's the same. I can't type the code.
