I Cant add an account to pay my outstanding balance to paypal.

My bank account was overdrawn & wouldnt pay Paypal the £3.50 i owed. Now my account has cash in it to clear the debt and paypal have shut this account down. Tried to register another card but it wont let me. What do i do next? I have e-mailed but no reply to date. I want to have my account up and running as it has done without fault.

Im worried that this is going to escalalate due to not being able to get through to anyone & pay!!

Any advice welcome please.

Contact us bottom of paypal pages > use the call us option.

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get an agent.

Then you can clear the debt by card over the phone.

You then need to check what funding source you can re-add to your paypal account if you don't have one on there.
