Hi all i have a noticfcation on my paypal saying go to resolutions center and resolve issue, to lift limits it says confirm your details so i click on that and it says enter address but the problem is it says enter flat number and name but i dont live in a flat so i entered my address and post code but it flags up saying post code wrong but it is 100% right has anyone else had this problem?
