Got limited although verified

Basically got limited today so I can't send or accept payments anymore. I've uploaded all the documents needed to verify my details and after completing that, I was told me they'll get back to me in 2-3 working days. What worries me is that some people have had to wait up to months to access their balance again? For anyone who went through this process how long did it take to regain access to your balance?

Thank you for your post and welcome to the community! 

In general, if the impact of the limitation on the account is low or medium, it might take up to 30 days to review your case as you can still send, receive and transfer the money on your account. If the impact is high, it usually takes up to 72 hours for your information to be reviewed. Once the review is completed, the relevant department can remove the limitation or request additional information.
