Downgrading my account

I have sent paypal four emails about downgrading from a business account to a personal one, because I accidently thought that it was going to let me log on and see my personal details through the app, and they haven't replied and i also don't want to ring them because that costs money will someone please help me!

Its a FREE number in the UK from most landlines.

 have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
