Confirming CC Billing Address

Hi

I want to confirm my CC billing address. I have CC's already in my profile, but when I follow the online instructions, I do not receive the Confirm by phone/post option, instead it asks me to add a bank account.  Any thoughts please?'

Sorry for the long reply but thought it best you had all of the information!

Here’s how to confirm your address by telephone:

1. Go to http://www.paypal.co.uk/ and log in to your account.
2. Click ‘View Limits.’
3. Select ‘Receiving limit per year’ and click ‘Lift Limits.’
4. Click ‘Confirm your information.’
5. Check your telephone number and click ‘Call now’ or ‘Call in 1 minute.’
6. Click ‘Continue.’
7. You will receive an automated call from us. Enter the four digit code shown on your screen.

Once you have entered the 4-digit code we will attempt to verify that your address matches the telephone number provided. If we are unable to complete this match after 3 attempts, you have a final option to confirm your address by post. We will send you a letter, which contains a 6-digit validation code.

When you receive the letter, here’s how you can enter the code and confirm your address:

1. Go to http://www.paypal.co.uk/ and log in to your account.
2. Click 'Confirm by Post' in the 'Notifications' box.
3. Enter the 6-digit code and click 'Submit'.
