Confirm Identity: Technical Difficulties Error

It's been a week since I receive a notification in my dashboard to confirm my identity. Tried filling up all the section and uploading the needed documents but everytime I click on the submit button, I get a d$mn error saying that they are having a technical difficulties and also asked me to try again later. Well, it's been more than a week and I still get this error! I tried sending emails but instead of receiving exact answers, all I get is suggested solutions from the bot. How are we supposed to deal with this matter?

If you are still getting the same error message, please clear cache and cookies and try one more time. If you are accessing your account on your mobile phone, please try on your home PC/laptop.
