My account was limited, when I reached 2.500 EUR. I tried to resolve the problem in Resolution center. When I put my phone number and my address under personal information I got this message:
Something seems to have gone wrong.
We’re experiencing some technical difficulties. Please try again later.
I have tried at least 20 times and I always get this message.
What is wrong?

I have the same problem, I tried evrything and the issue seems to be related to phone number.

OK I channged the phone number from mobile to landline phone and now it looks it is OK.
