Hi all
I'm have some issues with my pay-pal account I'm wanting to add a new card to my account but it keeps saying that the card has been disabled from the system, I have called up and spoken to an adviser who asked me to e mail a screen shot to another department this was sometime ago and i have heard nothing back which isnt very good can anyone help me with this at all, the card is a new card and i got rid of the old card from my pay pal account before trying to add this one.

Sorry but think only customer services can help you with this.
Click on the words "Contact us" at the bottom of paypal pages > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).
When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent.
OR have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

You can add a different card. If you'd still like to use this card with PayPal,send us some documents.
