Card Verification Down???

Hey,

I'm trying to verify my debit card and all I get is an error saying:

'We're sorry, we're not able to process your request. Please try again later'

anyone know if the service is down or what I can do to fix this.

Another poster has posted the same query but to know the answer your best bet is to contact customer services and see if their is a techie problem with it.
