Cant lift limits due to company logo?

Hello i got auomatic message but no matter how i read.... its not right

The proof of address you've supplied cannot be accepted, as the document does not show your company logo. Please provide us with a recent proof of address that shows a company logo.

Dont have Any bills which can provide/not on mine name

Dont Have any Company Just Started To work with paypal,all my money frozen at Paypal now.

Already Confirmed Bank Statment is Accepted with Proof Addres.

Cant Phone Paypal Dosent have any phone support at Lithuania.

Confirmed and Added Bank account to paypal./accepted.

Provided ID/Accepted already.

Provided about 15 papers/documents.

No Response From Mail Custom Service just Auto Message.

So what should i provide next to get removed limitations?

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

Yes i did got response via twitter,got response will get update via Email,but got same message as always Which is Auto message About Company Logo now.

Well Left Same message everywhere ,just have no idea what to do more.
