I tried the message center this time to try to find out how we remove our logo as I did not want to sit on the phone for 30 minutes waiting for PayPal to answer the phone (which is what happened last time I phoned),
After I sent the message I recieved an email with solutions to problems I didn't ask about. How come they now send me an email which is nothing to do with the subject?
I have a simple question and need a simple answer yet I am offered brick-wall rudeness and time-wasting.
I really need a company that can answer a phone and treat people with decency. Anyone know one?
