Cannot verify Account

I cant verify my paypal account as it is registered to a really old email address which I can no longer access. I have sold something on ebay and did not realise my paypal was not verified so I cant receive the payment that the buyer has sent me. I need to fix this asap as they are waiting for me to send the product.

Welcome to the community forum.

If your payment was sent to an email address that is not registered on PayPal it should be possible for the buyer to cancel the payment and send it again. 

If the old email address is registered but just not confirmed we would need to have a look for you to see what we can do. You would need to contact our customer support team.
