Can't enter verification code

Trying to verify my bank account and get to the "Confirm Bank Account" page but the box in which to enter the 4 digit code is greyed and cannot be clicked into. Anyone else having this problem?

Yes i am having the exact same problem and there is no way other than calling to find out what is going on
