I submitted all requested documents to Paypal MANY weeks ago, in order for them to change my contact name, so that I could then withdraw my £346. However all it says is that "paypal are reviewing the documents" I email them MANY times and get no response. how much longer are these incompetent wankers going to hold onto my money?! Given they can only hold it LEGALLY for 180 days before they must arrange for it to be transferred. This issue has been going on since January.
