Here is the backstory.... I created my paypal account as a sole trader, i used the alias i go by when selling my digital items (to protect my identity) I was earning a fair bit over the months on Ebay. The problem occurred when I was gifted a watch that I didn't want, so when I went to sell it on Ebay it put my account over its £2,500 limit. The buyer then decided he didnt want to proceed with the purchase and the transaction was cancelled. It was only then I realised my awful mistake. Under the business contact name I put my alias instead on my real name!!! ARGH! I submitted ALL of Paypals requested documents to get the contact name changed (passport/numerous proof of address letters) I have heard diddly squit back from them, I have emailed them NUMEROUS times and get no response. There is £346 in my account that I cant even withdraw and its not through a lack of trying. I only hope that once the 180 days are up PayPlods will legally have to release my money. Any advice is greatly appreciated as this has been a ridiculous and hellish experience. I cannot wait to close my account and get MY money.
