So, as i try to get on my secondary paypal, i keep getting that theres been recently activity on it and i don't think theres a way of me confirming it, I have no identity or anything! I might have the phone number appointed to my moms phone, but she gets back in the morning so i have to wait till then.
Is there any other way i can get my account back without having any identity? Its registered to my email, so im the real owner of it, i tried veryifing it, but i honestly don't know any of the questions, and that account is appointed to many sites which i get my payments from.
