Just a quick question, my ebay account has been suspended, but my funds have come available in my paypal becuause of buyer feedback etc. My paypal account is limited because of photo id, address, and sales invoices, recepits for goods. The only thing is I have provided my photo id, my address and a seller on ebay where i buy goods from to then re sell on ebay but some of my goods do not have receipts for as ive either lost or just second hand stuff, when will i be able to withdraw funds and will not having receipts for my goods but i still received good feedback anyway will this affect me ?
