1p Bank Verification Deposit

Hi people,

I was wondering, do I need to send the 1p deposit used for Bank Verification back to Paypal? Or am I free to keep that 1 pence?

That's what I'm wondering. so verified my bank account just to transfer a refund to it. After the refund showed up on my bank account I removed my bank account but wondering if the 1p x 2 will be debited and if so how since my bank account has been untagged.
