I don't own any credit cards nor do I have a checking account. I've never had to use one, So how can I get my money out of my account. I only have 15.00 dollars on there and all I want is my 15 dollars so I can close my paypal account. I never want to use it again. Any suggestions?
that is true, but u must also have a confirmed address where u receive your credit card bill or statement. i pretty much posted this very statement because i have the same dilemma. although, i have already tried to withdraw by check, and i could not due to the confirmed address portion.
