where is the button located to...

...cancell a subscription? i logged on my acct and went into the history tab and selected the details link next to the subscription i no longer want and there is no button there to click to cancell. now what do i do?

You can try a few things here, if the results are the same, you will need to contact Customer Service.

 

First, delete your web browser's cookies, temp files, cache, etc., then close your web browser, reopen it and retry.

Ensure you are using the latest version of your favorite web browser.

Try another web browser, i.e., Chrome, Safari, Firefox or IE.
