upgrade to premier where is html?

Hello,

I upgraded to premier, and there was a window with html for adding to ebay seller page

buttons which alerted buyers that i accepted credit cards.

I closed out the window, now i cannot find it anywhere on paypal.

Can someone tell me where i can find that html again?
