On your account page, there should be a link for a .csv download.
That will download all the available transactions to a spreadsheet - you can use Excel spreadsheets from Microsoft or the OpenSource spreadsheet, both will work fine, but you have to instal the software on your computer to be able to use it.

I am familiar with the .csv download process. But what I would like to see is one place where both eBay fees and PayPal fees are shown for all transactions. Or failing that, a procedure where the two downloads could be merged.
Isn't anyone interested in the net profit of a transaction; gross minus all deductions?
Thanks.

Well, ebay and Paypal are 2 separate companies, so you'll have to download the Paypal information and then sign up for "File Exchange" in ebay to download from there in a similar format (it's free, but there's a learning curve).
You may have to re-label some columns - I'm not sure if they use compatible formats. But then you should nbe able to organize the information with a "Sort" command.

Um, Last I checked Ebay owned Paypal. NTM, Paypal already has several options that allow you to directly link your paypal account wiht your ebay account. However, like glenucci, I to would like to know my net profits, without maually copying everything into my own spreadsheet, but have not found this option in paypal, or ebay yet.
