teeny shipping labels

Help!!  I have been printing my labels with paypal for years and suddenly without my changing anything (that I know of) they now print teeny. The entire label and delivery receipt take up only the upper left quarter of the entire sheet of paper.

I have opened other documents and they print out normal size.

Only my shipping labels seem to be effected.

I have checked my printer settings, looked at preferences on my paypal account. I don't know where to look next.

Any suggestions? I am at a stand still not being able to print and ship 😞

Update and info about this problem.

It appears Firefox did something to cause the glitch. I discovered if I opened IE and went to my Paypal account and reprinted the label it came out just perfect.

Called PP before hand and they hadn't a clue what the problem might be. I will send an email and let them know.

Not all web browser's are created equal, that's for sure.  Nice to hear you resolved your issue and have an answer.  If you had originally called Customer Service to inquire about your issue, not defending them in any way but, they would not have a clue when it comes to technical questions.   For technical stuff, you'll have better luck here.

Well, I called the 888 number given me on my paypal site. Talked to 2 different techs, or operaters. All the second one could advise was clear my cache and cookies and reboot.
