sent payment with wrong email address

A payment was sent to my account with the wrong email address. 

How can they change a wrong email address on a payment sent so I can receive the payment

Do you have access to that wrong e-mail account.

If so just add it to your paypal account.

If not the buyer will have to cancel the payment so you can then reinvoice them
