says i got a email saying that i got a refund but no money in account please help

i got the refund which i wanted but no money in the paypal account please help me out

Refunds are credited to the original payment source.   For example, if the payment was made through a credit card, the refund would credited to back to that credit card.

First check the email if it's really an email from PayPal. If it's not a fake email then check your email address of your paypal account if it's confirmed. Check your transaction history as well to see if it was returned to your credit card/debit card.

I had the same thing happen today as well. How would I know whether it's really from paypal? It looks like it's genuine and is from paypal.com
