Check your card statement and locate the $1.95 charge. Along that $1.95 is the word PayPal. The 4 numbers in front of the word PAyPal is the paypal code.

You can't cancel a transaction, once paypal started processing the transaction. You only have the option of cancelling it if you're still on the process of sending it.

You can give your email address to your customer. That's ok, but don't give anymore information. Remember to check your paypal account if the payment is already sitting in your paypal balance box. If the payment is not there don't ship the item. And if you happen to receive an email that seems suspicious, I suggest you contact PayPal customer service. Note: If the transaction involves Nigeria, it's more likely to be scam.

Check your email address in your PayPal account if it's confirmed. To check it: 1. Log in to your paypal account 2. click profile and select add or edit email adress If it's confirmed then contact the seller. Ask her/him the email address where she/he sent the payment to. If she/he sent the payment to a wrong email address then she/he would need to cancel the transaction and resend it to your correct email address.

Try this one, this worked for me when I have that kind of error message. Log in to your PayPal account. Click "Profile." Click the "Shipping Preferences" link. Click "Remove UPS Information." Read information provided and click "Remove." Click the "Add new or existing UPS account information" link. Under Choose Account Type, select "I do not have a UPS Shipping Account." Complete the page and click "Continue." Complete the registration
