question re return of item

I already paid for a pair of running shoes on Ebay and they are being shipped, but have not arrived yet.  I clicked on the link I received in an email confirming my purchase and the view of the page that the item I purchased was posted on seems different.  I thought I was purchasing size 7.5 women's running shoes and they are men's size 7.5.   I e-mailed the seller asking if they have a comparable pair in women's size 7.5, but have not received a response yet.  Anyone had a similar experience?  I am hoping to exchange the pair for what I want/need.  Any help in this area would be good.  Thanks.

I'm having the same problem and can't seem to get any feedback on how to address this problem. I bought my daughter a pair of boots for Christmas and need a size larger and I can't get the seller to answer my e-mail. I still haven't found any support for this problem but if I get an answer I'll let you know that they tell me. If you get any results please let me know. Thanks, T
