Is paypal-media.com a real web site for paypal? I received an email from them say my paypal account was compromised. Is this a scam?

Hi jastern1-

Please forward the email to spoof@paypal.com.  If PayPal reached out to you, it would do so in a message from PayPal, not PayPal Media, addressing you by your first and last name as registered on the account.
