I paid through my paypal for computer help, and I got diconnected before fixing my problem and I do not want them to be paid. I have tried to getthem back and they expect me to pay again....no way. How do I disputeso they are not paid.

Then my other issue I had several items for sale on ebay and one person bought multiple items and never has answered me back and did not pay....how do you go about warning others out there not to let someone even put bids in if they do not pay and respond?

Hi confused327-

1. You can dispute a transaction with PayPal by going to the Security Center's Report a Problem box or going to your account's Resolution Center from the overview page.  Be aware that off-eBay purchases are done through PayPal's Buyer Complaint program and recovery of funds is on a best effort basis.  You can read more about the protection programs available on and off eBay by going to the Safer Buying section of the PayPal Security Center.  There is a limited window of time to file a dispute and if necessary, escalate it to a claim, so I recommend reviewing the tutorial in the Resolution Center to be aware of those times.

2.  In the case of a buyer who has not followed through on their obligations on eBay, report these by filing Unpaid Item reports through eBay's Resolution Center link.  This will allow you to recover the Final Value Fees for your item so that it can be resold.  You can also add the bidder to your blocked list through My eBay.  If you haven't done that before, type in "block bidders" in eBay's Help area, and a tutorial will guide you through the process.

Thanks,

Jason
