So i had money alot of it sent to my paypal account but i cannot withdraw,send, or do anything with the money. i do not have a bank account nor do i have a credit card. Im not sure what i can do here why would they put sending limits and withdraw limits but no recieveing limits????? is there anyway to reverse this transaction??
You can use the "refund" link in the transaction details to return the money. All accounts have a $0 sending limit until a credit card or bank account is added to the PayPal account.
