i bought a money card from walmart, activated it succesfully. Now im trying to use it to add funds and paypal is telling me theres $0 on card when greendot told me there was. Im confuzzled here , is Moneycard the same as Moneypak. The cashier asked me what i needed and as soon as i said Paypal she knew what to do.
having exact same problem... any help would be great.. i called paypal and they said it wasn't possible but she didn't speak very good english and not sure if she understood what i was saying
