help me please gative balance

today i check my paypal balance and they say  i have a negative balance 

i check  what i buy is a a gain weight  guide  but my paypal account was 0 and the book cost 97  that was a lont time i was new with paypal .

today they  are retire money from my banck account that was on 20 box and know is negative 18 doolar

i want to cancel that transfer  but  i dont know how 

help me
