The seller should refund you from the details page of the original payment. When a refund is done this way the seller gets back their fees and the buyer is not charged any for the refund
If the buyer funded the Paypal payment with their paypal balance or bank account the refund will go to you paypal account. If funded with a cc or branded debit card it will be credited back on to the card
