Paypal made an unjust call on my dispute case, paypal wouldnt even except the pictures I wanted to send paypal just to show them what this person sent.No contact what so ever from paypal. I am real upset and surprised that paypal let this action go the wrong way in the other persons favor call. I will never put any faith in paypal at this time again, Its people like this that makes the system bad. I just feel that paypal didnt really take a close look this , the discision was problely made on a Friday, What I am thinking I will put the things on ebay so paypal can see what a bad judgement call they made and give to a needy family that could use the items.

Regards

i too had problem with paypal. on phone they agreed with us, then turned us down, as buyers, 3 times. we were delivered a item that was not as described, and did not work. but it doesn't matter, they sided with the seller, who cheated other people, and its even in his reviews!!  our problem was, he took it off, before we paid for it, and that did us in, and gave him all the money, for a item that did not work, and cost over a thousand dollars. with all these c/o, you would think paypal would just be fair!  we also could not send proof, cos they closed our case, and couldn't open it again!!  that is a croak. just unfair.   i am done with paypal, and ebay. they are rich, and those of us cheated, are poor. tough out of luck.  just give " good luck" to all the dishonest sellers. you know who you are......

Ebay warns you not to buy items from sellers unless it's through the actual auction process and not to make independent deals with sellers. They tell you this because they can't document your purchase if you don't use the proper procedure. They tell you thsi because if you don't use the proper procedure and then you get **bleep**ed over, they won't be able to help you.

My youngest brother got **bleep**ed out of $5,000 that way once buying a quad from a seller who contacted him independently after the auction. It sucked, but if was his fault for not following directions and clear warnings. We understood this, and took it as a lesson learned the hard way and moved on.

Don't blame Ebay or Paypal for your mistakes. If you don't follow directions, and you get **bleep**ed over because of that, it's your own fault. Whining about it or coming to the Paypal forums and posting about your complaints and how bitter you are is not going to solve the problem, nor will it help you learn not to make the same mistake twice.

Lots of people get **bleep**ed by Ebay and Paypal FOR REAL. You didn't. You got **bleep**ed by a dishonest seller and your own foolishness. Complaining and passing blame is just making it harder for people with genuine problems that are actually Ebay/Paypal's fault to get their issues resolved.

Post all you want about how you're bitter that you got **bleep**ed, but don't blame anyone but yourself for the **bleep**ing, and follow directions next time.

No, I don't work for Paypal or Ebay... I'm just a person who gets rather disgusted by people who constantly blame others for their own mistakes.

we didn't think anything of it, as the seller said it was okay, and we figured it was okay, since payed thru paypal.  still doesn't give people right to take advantage, and they should have a system that if someone takes the buy it now button off, they will be contacted and have to put it back on, or not sell the item.

hve you ever saw all there is to read???  bought other things, and it never happened.

the seller was a real fraud. only seller that ever ripped us off.  all other sellers were great & honest.

yea it is a lesson well learned, but i want people to be aware. and we were told he wasn't allowed to take it off, n pay pal would help. then they couldn't even call us, they emailed us & said their super told them NO.  money doesn't come easy for us. we can't afford to have it fixed till next year. if even fixable. yes, we did move on. but we also contacted someone else, so that this person does not scam anyone else.  he even had bad reviews, that i hadn't even noticed, because he had so many, and i really thought nothing of it, until we started getting excuses. so i contacted those buyers, and they also were scammed, and some got $ back, and some didn't.

A sorry would of been nicer. Not nice to get taken advantage of.  i am sorry of your brother. Our total loss was 3900.00.

paypal used the history of my account against me. anyone can use your account for services and get away with it. I'll think twice before using them again. the service i was charged for i never requested. beware of unfair practices.
