I had to have my paypal code sent three times because there was a problem confirming my debit card the first couple of times. Each time paypal charged $1.95 to my account, which is a lot of money, and I'm wondering if, when you refund the $1.95 charge from the confirmed charge, will I be getting the other two charges made back as well?
