Why i cannot add funds money to my paypal account

My paypal account is fine, no problem and verified. but when i want to add some funds / deposit money into paypal account it cannot be processed. why it happen so?

Anyone can explain to me?

That's interesting.  

You should call Customer Service.  Someone needs to look at your account and advise.

For your information i'm visa card holder / debit card. Not Master card

I have found out that, paypal account only can add funds between in U.S Bank only. So i'm outside from U.S, from malaysia exactly cannot add funds. Even i upgraded into premier account still cannot.

Since i cannot add funds, so how come i want to buy products in ebay if i cannot add funds? NOW my balance $1.00 usd only when i started this account.

If i cannot add funds, means that i cannot shoping online, just only receive payment, right?

So better i closed this account if cannot add funds and cannot do shoping online.

better paypal do something / improve better services to international member just like me!
