I understand that Paypal will use my payapal balance first, but if I use my debit card not linked to my bank account and I don't have enough money on the card, will they try to cahrge my bank account? My bank charges fees if I so much as think about making a purchase without enough funds to cover it. Will this lead to my bank account being overcharged?
