Hi I am a new user to paypal. I was refunded 43 dollars from something I bought on e-bay, and paypal confirms this but where is my actual money? I don't understand why it wasn't just deposited back into my bank account. Can anyone help me figure this out??
I DONT KNOW, WE HAVE THE SAME SITUATION. ME 2 I BOUGHT SOMETHING BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE THE ITEMS BUT PAYPAL TOLD ME THAT THE MONEY IS IN MY ACCOUNT BUT I CANT SEE THEM, I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO.
