What is paypal doing to me!?

Buyer just said he paid and it's unclaimed. Why doesn't it show? Why is this so difficult and panic causing?

It's not difficult assuming you have your Account setup properly.

First basic question.   Have you verified your PayPal Account?   If no, then you must do this first, else you will not see the funds.
