Uploading supporting documents

I made a mistake and forgot to request tracking when shipping an item I sold on ebay. My buyer has submitted a dspute as the item has not yet arrived. In trying to respond to the claim on Paypal I am trying to prove the item was shipped. I do not have a tracking number, but I have the scanned USPS receipt on my computer.I cannot find anywhere to upload "supporting documents" in the Resolution Center.

Is there any way for me to respond to this claim?

Thanks for your help.

I too need info on how to send jpegs to Paypal to support my dispute. I see a box where it reads I have not sent any supporting files or faxes but can't find help on how to do so!

pay pal's policy **bleep**!   they tell you to fax the documents the fax dosen't work. you call them and say can i email you my documents they say sure!! email it to this email.. then you receive an email saying it cant be in a PDF  we are not allowed to open that type of file!  TRUST me every thing you can think of to help you case and make things easy for pay pal it's reversed and made harder for you!!!  its like they make the rules as they go and then tell you DON'T Worry We protect everything you buy!!   SURE THEY DO!!  good luck with that!!  after 30+ days we are still scratching our heads and nothing is moving.     DONT TRY AND LOOK FOR THE UPLOAD DOCUMENTS BUTTON THEY REMOVED IT!

I was told to go to the resolution center and Click on Resolve.  i would love to but there is no resolve button! it was removed. but they send you a step by step on how to but no button to press!!  these guys are just AMAZING!!  nice people thou but REALLT STUPID!!

I'm currently battling through the same issue: I have a .jpg of my receipt to confirm that I did indeed mail off a package that the customer has yet to receive, but without a "resolve" button, I can't get to where I need to get to get this thing taken care of. It's darned frustrating, let me tell you.

A shipping receipt is not adequate... you will need online viewable proof of delivery to win an INR (Item Not Received) claim... USPS Delivery Confirmation or UPS tracking or FedEx tracking is acceptable.

If the payment amount was $250.00 or greater, you will need online viewable signature proof of delivery.
