I have done this many times in the past, but lately every time I try to add tracking information I receive a server error message. Has anyone else had this issue?
As a new user, I have never been able to add tracking info. I'm not even using paypal to generate the shipments. I just want to add a tracking number for a package that has already been shipped... seems like it wouldnt be that hard to make something like that work?
i figured i might as well voice my frustraton with this issue. while i can still simply email the customer their tracking info (in addition to having my ups worldship quantum view send one)... it would still be nice to have the tracking info associated with the customer's payment here on paypal.
It is definitely their problem. I've written and posted every way I know how & never get ANY response. Does PayPal have ANY customer service? I cannot mark as shipped anything under any circumstance. I haven't been able to add tracking for my last two ebay sales. This happened mid-Feb., since then I have emailed paypal at twice a week but still no reponse. The package has been delivered and received and my payment is currently on hold. What can we do? I want to get paid.
