UPS label for package not paid by paypal

I recently spoke to an American paypal agent who told me I could use my Paypal balance to purchase a UPS label for a package that was not a paypal transaction.  I have had a communication problem with the help agent that I just spoke to on the phone.  I just moved my office and cannot locate the notes I took telling me how to do this.  I frequently send packages to family members and using my Paypal balance is much easier than going through UPS.

You would use the Multi-Order Shipping Tool from within your PayPal Account.
