I recently got a key fob from Charles Schwab which generates a unique passcode for every login. TO login I supply my account name, my password, and the string of digits presented by the key fob. I sleep better at night knowing it's virtually impossible to break into my schwab account. I think paypal needs to offer this same level of protection. It's not new and it's not expensive, and can be added to the current authentication infrastructure easily, without impacting existing customers who don't want to be bothered.
So... what do you think?

that's awesome. and with the phone option I was able to use it immediately. Now I can really sleep well.. I'm surprised Paypal doesn't advocate it more .... higher participation would almost abolish them as a phishing target and take Paypal off the hook.
Thanks for the pointer.
