Has anyone had a "speed bump" msg appear at login time? I thought I had been sent to a fake PAYPAL site....

Yes, I've been trying to pay for ebay item for 3 days now. I keep getting speed bump.

The clowns at paypal would not return my mail. The paypal automated support menu

randomly disconnects and I keep getting reminders from ebay "please pay for the item".

one of my buyers who is having speed  bump problems solved it by googleing paypal, clicking on send money and it went right through. it sounds quite simple. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO COMMUNICATE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE IN iNDIA OR pAKISTAN BUT i CAN'T ALWAYS UNDERSTAND THEIR VERSION OF eNGLISH. i'LL TRY GOOGLE FROM NOW ON.

i JUST HAD AN EMAIL FROM A BUYER WHOSE PURCHASE IS OVER $100. - THE KIND YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE - AND HE HAS GIVEN UP TRYING TO GET AROUND THE SPEED BUMP. HE SUGGESTED THAT I RE-LIST MY ITEM. THANKS PAYPAL.

Paypal's servers are overworked since they added a couple of HUGE accounts a month ago.

It's causing all sorts of glitches.

Is everyone having trouble with the SPEED BUMP messages trying to pay for items that they bought?

I have 2 people trying to pay me but they keep getting the SPEED BUMP message.

What can be done for them to be able to pay?

Anyones incite to the problem would be appreciated.
