Seller Won't Cooperate

I bought an item for $181.89 and the item was not as described. I opened a dispute with them over paypal and they said I had to close the dispute before I could receive any help with their site (why should I close it, I can't reopen it if they do not hold true to their word). The dispute went on for a bit and negotiations were getting no where so I opened a claim based on the fact that it wasn't as described (but in the reasoning I also put that they had not fully delivered all parts of the item and had stolen back everything they had already shipped (virtual goods)) and Paypal decided that this was not a shipping issue and closed my claim. After the claim was closed and they received their payment I went back to their site and asked them to give me my information needed for the item and they said that since I didn't cancel the dispute that I couldn't get it and now they won't even talk with me about the situation. I'm out $181.89 now and don't know what to do to fix this problem, can anyone please help?

Only option would be if you paid via credit card which would open the door for you to file a dispute.  If you paid via a PayPal balance or bank account you pretty much have to chalk this up as a learning experience.
